A traditional Zambian Kitchen Party is usually organised by the mother of the bride, who invites her wise friends and family to share advice on how to look after a house, husband and children.

The bride enters the party ceremoniously covered by a Chitenge before being unveiled by her husband to be.

Music and dancing are a huge part of this ceremony, and as a guest or witness to this event you can not escape smiling.
